首先,先从概念上对外贸开发信进行了解一下。

外贸开发信指的是发送给外贸客户的以寻求合作为目的的电子邮件。

第一封邮件内容很重要,这决定了你发的邮件,客户会不会看到,看完。

开发信禁忌:

1、成篇大论

采购经理不会花太多时间阅读没有建档的供应商邮件,看到长篇大论,极大可能直接删除

 

2、附件有压缩包、文档,链接

(很容易被视为钓鱼,垃圾邮件),被拉进黑名单

 

3、尽量避免给人一种群发的体验感

①:尽量简洁,标题不能超过50个字符(25个汉字) ,否则容易被屏蔽

②慎用字体,避免使用大写

③控制邮件大小,一般在70K一下

④邮件标题避免引号惊叹号、货币符号、免费电话、英文全部大写

⑤设置多个开发信,主题,避免重复信息发送时间长被屏蔽,定期更换标题,内容,提升新鲜感。

 

重点:开发信要简洁,表明重点,建立互动性,拉近客户阅读体验,

 

首先,标题很重要,我一般是:

1、please check ,professional XX OEM manufacturer.

2、hey,are you looking for xxx?

3、News ,xx products launched .

如果你通过BSCI验厂,或者Disney验厂,或者Wal-mart验厂,那就把这句写上去!

当时一共写给6个不同的客人这样一封开发信,内容完全一样,只是对方姓名不同。所谓的某美国客人下过大单,完全是编的,只是给客人一个感觉,美国佬很喜欢这款产品,下过很大的订单哦,你们看看,是不是欧洲市场也能卖一点?最后一句“Call me, let's talk more”是我故意这样写的,因为很少有客人会打电话给一个陌生人,但是这句话写上去让人感觉会大大不一样,首先就是这个人很有自信,其次就是他是有诚意的,不是qunfa的邮件。

说明三点即可:你来自哪里,做什么的,有什么优势 
1..简短; 
2.正文中最好不要带网址,否则很容易被外国服务器拦截; 
3.少用主动语态,多用被动语态
